Help for attendee

Under ‘Attendee panel’ there are 7 options available-

B.1. Edit profile- Here you can edit your profile at any time.

B.2. Change password- You can change your password for the conference website at any time.

B.3. Conference registration- Here you can register for the conference.

– Select delegate category, mandatory registration and optional registration.

- Total amount for the registration will get displayed.

- Click on button ‘Generate invoice’. Invoice will get generated. Your registration is not complete until you make payment.

- Once you do registration, chair will verify your registration.

- You can check your registrations under ‘Participant’ - > ‘My registrations’.

B.4. My Registrations-

- Here you can check the registration status for your registration.

- Here you can ‘view’ the invoice and ‘Pay invoice’ by clicking on ‘Eye’ icon under the column 'Action'.

- You can pay the invoice through ‘Online’ (using payment gateway) or ‘Offline’ payment methods (eg. Using Cash, Cheque, Demand draft, Direct bank transfer, Online transfer, Wire transfer)

- If you are doing online payment, then-

  • Select one payment gateway and click on button ‘Pay online’
  • Total amount for the registration will get displayed
  • Click on button ‘Make payment’
  • This will take you to the payment gateway screen

- If you want to pay money using offline payment method then-

  • Click on button ‘Offline payment details’
  • Here select mode of payment, give transaction reference number, transaction date and click on button ‘Update’

– Once this step is complete your registration for the conference is completed from your side

– Once payment is done, you can download the invoice by clicking on the ‘Invoice number’.

– Here you can download QR code, conference pass and invitation letter.

– You can delete the invoice, till the registration is not confirmed by the chair, by clicking on ‘X’ icon.

Linking paper to your registration-

Once mandatory registration for the conference is done, you can link your registration to your paper by clicking on link ‘Link registration to paper’ on the screen ‘My Registrations’ (Note- You can link paper to only mandatory registration.)

B.5. Accommodation booking-

Once your conference registration has been verified by the program chair, you can do ‘Accommodation booking’ under ‘Participant’ -> ‘Accommodation booking’.

Here there are 2 options available- You can do booking for-

1. Internal accommodation- If you want to book internal accommodation, then you can book the accommodation and generate invoice and make the payment through this system.

2. External hotel booking- If you want to book external hotel accommodation then you can book through the respective hotel website and give the booking details.

B.6. Provide expectation- Before the conference begins, you can provide your expectation for the conference. Your expectation remarks will help organizers in managing the conference.

- Under the tab ‘Participant’ - > ‘Provide expectation’

- Here click on the button ‘Add/Edit Expectation’

- Here you can give your expectations for the parameters set by the pc chair and click on button ‘Save’ or ‘Save & Submit’.

- If you want to edit your remarks in future then click on button ‘Save’. Remarks cannot be edited once the button ‘Save & Submit’ is clicked.

B.7. Provide feedback- After the conference gets over, you can give your feedback for the conference. Your feedback remarks will help organizers in managing future conferences.

- Under the tab ‘Participant’ - > ‘Provide feedback’

- Click on the button ‘Add/Edit Feedback’

- Here you can give your feedback for the parameters set by the pc chair. You can give the rating from 1 to 10 and also set parameter ‘Met expectation’ as ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.

- And click on button ‘Save’ or ‘Save & Submit’.

- If you want to edit your remarks in future then click on button ‘Save’. Remarks cannot be edited once the button ‘Save & Submit’ is clicked.
